Jon
as an experienced Quality Manager in Industry before moving into Information
Technology in the mid 80s, has extensive experience in Hardware / Software and
Networking configuration. Being an engineer he can fault find and repair
to board level. Jon has been training in Computers for some 17 years,
specialising in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, NT and also Windows
based Server software (NT, 2000, 2003 SBS etc). Jons relaxed approach and
understanding of modern office techniques brings an enjoyable and motivational
appeal to his training.
Lindsays
honours degree in Education has given her a solid foundation for teaching,
applying her skills to IT. Her understanding of Networking techniques and
Printer configuration allows her to obtain the perfect set-up for the working
office. Lindsay's expertise in configuration and design of case management
means you
can receive training with the confidence that you are being taught by one of the
best trainers around. Lindsay became a Microsoft Certified Professional in
2005 and plans to continue her studies to achieve Microsoft Certified Trainer
status.

Tom
has been working in the computer industry for about 25 years, 11 of these as a
lecturer at a College of Further Education running various Microsoft related
computer courses. His particular expertise lies in Excel - both usage and
development of sophisticated macros using Visual Basic. During this time
he has completed advanced projects for international companies. Tom's
experience and maturity ensures that anything he tackles is done with added
value.
Myra's
experience of Management is transferred to problem solving with some flair.
Myra has been a practice manager with a firm of Solicitors for many years
supporting users of Microsoft Office. Myra has been on some nationally
recognised courses which include Microsoft Word and Maintaining and Upgrading PC's.
